if im getting this right we can test out how our car will look with all the things we want like test how it will look with that body kit and spoiler for example

Got few things i would like to add. If this shopping cart system finally implemented will paint shop also use it and finally have repainting and putting vinyls not free of charge anymore? If so, then it would be nice so we can implement a system to decrease heat level by customizing your car just like in Most Wanted and since repainting and putting vinyls are not free anymore it will make more sense instead of having them free of change but having no heat level decrease.
