I think I've seen it before somewhere...
About this idea - as Bartek said, it could be very laggy. In Carbon, game made in 2006, synchro is horrible there and "online pursuits" are sometimes very annoying. Funny, but annoying. Honestly, people here will complain about "flying cops" or other stuff. Idea is good, I want to see it too, but that's only an idea. I think it could be made, but not in good quality.
