So, I wanted to buy myself premium by SMS, guess what, it isn't available in Estonia. Neither do I have PayPal.
Any tips or tricks to get to Donate/ get Premium by SMS?

Yes, make a Paypal account and charge money with a PSC Code. You just transfer that money from the PSC onto Paypal.
