How much free time do you have to moderate server? 2-3 hours for a week and 3-5 hours for a weekend
What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: I will warn that guy, if he doesn't stop, I will mute him for 15-20 minutes.
What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: I would have no hesitation mute the it for 20 minutes (depends on strength of laungage).
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): Yes, only on small mta and minecraft servers
Which language channels can you moderate?: Polish Channel
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): Since I started playing on this server, I was hoping that I could be a member of the team that makes such a great project. That I will be able to help the players, often playing what is happening as there is no moderator, the players are challenging. People who want to ask something because they are new death on this chat.
I like to help new players if I can, and people who are toxic I would mute. I know I do not get it so I do not know what I'm writing about it.

As already mentioned, you're a bit too yound, and yes, I also thought you were older, but I can also remember some kind of bad and childish behavior in the chat. Also I gotta say that your english skill isn't good enough to communicate with english players. Sorry but in my opinion there are better fitting guys for this job.
