The unqiue parts are already good easy enough to find.
Aaand, it would be a bad idea to kick the afk players. I mean, sometimes i want to go take a quick shower, but i dont wanna go through the annoying process of login in again.

Mostly people are just standing around at doherty, to look cool and shit. They're not afk

@bartekPL I would suggest to send players back to garage automaticly, if they are afk for more than 20 minutes
@NOC7URNE93 some people are looking for weeks. Don't waste whole day with searching, just search like 1 hour per day, spend the other time with racing and so on, so you get some progress done

Well premium really does help you alot in finding parts but let me remind you that this class is called the unique class and its purpose is to be owned by only few players. There's no competition, just explore the game contents and just basically enjoy. If you want to be competitive go buy premium.
