You can easy make photo magasines. When you have message with accept or cancel just press right mouse button. You can drive while having message on screen. You can even go to the end zone and there accept the message and almost immediately get the checkpoint.

That may happen, and I noticed it, but as far as I know, the counter keeps running even while the message is on screen. At least that was the conclusion I got to the last time I did that.
The only thing that changes is that you're driving with a sticker in the middle of your screen.

The counter starts after accepting.

Oh... Well, I never used that exploit. It wouldn't change much anyway, my game always crashes midway to the last checkpoint.
