Looks like something that got caused by high ping / packet loss.
What is your average ping on the server? (you can see by holding TAB key and looking at the top)

Can you describe what happend exactly?
Did you just press shift+x and you got kicked out of the car without any chances to get respawned correctly?

I just flip over my car. I pressed shift x and nothing happend. After a minute driver died and I left

Did you use shift+x only once? Maybe you had keyboard problem or you just got huge lag spike (even with normal ping).
