My suggestions it looks like this:
I want you to have added options for the leaders that I could write information for the team and everyone can read this information, eg:
I will write: "The guys meeting Monday at 18:00 at Ganton," and then this information appears to them at the entrance to gre.Co you think.
The second proposal: Time Trials:
