Your stats and experience with NFS:SA: 595k RP, 22 days in game, playing since May.
How much free time do you have to moderate server? 2-4 on weekdays and 8+ on weekends; Latvia/GMT+2
What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: Obligatory warn at first, and, if not stopping, 10 minutes mute.
What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: Depending on severity of insult, warn at first or straight away 30 minutes mute.
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): Long-time sysop and chat/forum moderator on a large wikia, hosted servers in numerous multiplayer games, helper on several multiplayer projects.
Which language channels can you moderate?: Russian, Global/English.
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): I frequently notice players that are in need of help (e.g. asking how to unlock new cars or they are bugged in URL) and there are no moderators online. Naturally, I am kind and inner me always wants to help people. And there are many newbie players that keep asking same questions over and over again (both in Global and Russian channels). Someone has to answer them quickly to preserve the interest of playing. Aside from that, there are often heated debates and arguments happening in Russian channel (recurrently in global chat too) that go out of control and need moderation. This server is very promising and I wish I could be of any help to it.

He'd be better than Hexagon imo. Organises events, never argues (actually never saw him swear), extraordinary calm - he's just perfect for this
