How much free time do you have to moderate server? From 16:00 to 23:00 (GMT+3). It depends on free time I'll have after coming from my school. 

What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: Give a warn, then mute for 15 min. When he/she will do the same again - mute durabilty will be multiplyed by two. 

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: 

If the player is making too much discomfort - I'll immideatly mute him for 15 minutes. So if there's no mad abuse - I'll just warn him/her. Same situation with the durability of mute. 

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): I have experience in Derby, few MTA and Garry's mod servers. 

Which language channels can you moderate?: Russian, global 

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): Just the same as in the past. I want to be new Sheriff in town, because nowadays, there is a lot of rude newbies and trolls being extremely rude in Rus chat, when Dimabas is studying hard in real life. I've dreamed to be a moderator of NFSSA from the moment when HZITS has been demoted. I also have a good relationship with oldfag community of Rus chat, well I mean I have my guys who I can get few screenshots from the moment when players are making chaos behind my back.
