Hello, i wan't to suggest a my idea:

Weekly or monthly multiplier's, or multiplier's like in NFS World. Something like 04.03.2017 (First Anniversary) x3 or x2.
I think it's good idea, it will help at maxing cars and getting cash

No, no and no. No.

It will be too easy. At this moment required RP for cars is reduced, because people had problem with grinding system + beginner bonus. Now you want to game more and more easier, stop. Every MMO must be atleast a little bit hard, because people will fast get bored of game. So please, as player who is playing here since a start of server, don't make this more easier. If you really, really want that minor boost - help and donate then'll get premium which including 10% RP and cash bonus.

Imo, it's not a great idea. C'mon, gaining cash and RP has to be challenging. If it wasn't, everything would be too easy.
