Leaving races

Hello, I got a suggestion about races.

I am not particularly sure if it exists, but I know that under F6 (in a race) that it warns with a ban. I never tried this method so I am not sure but I want to suggest something like a penalty fine - for leaving a race it would be a warning of a ban (which is on the server currently) but also $250> or similar. It is just annoying when someone leaves because from my experience, someone leaving in my race is a chance like 1/4. I think that it would prevent some leavers, thanks.

It doesnt have big sense.
What about if someone got Timed Out? Or if someone plays with firends and they both decide to leave race and start new one? They're friends and it won't hurt anyone because only they play in pair.
Also what about if someone got stuck/bug in race and must leave?

I suggest add a penalty only in quick race.

Just report them and they'll get banned. Why would we take their money, if 250$ is just one good race?
