English skill (1-10): 8

Your stats and experience with NFS:SA:  220,000 RP

How much free time do you have to moderate server? I have 3 - 5 hours a day to moderate this server and willing to give more time if necessary.

What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: in this situation, i would firstly issue a warning and if a player continues to spam the chat i would issue a mute.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: same as above. Issue a warning and then mute the player. If they find other ways to insult players, they will be issued a ban (different time periods) depending on how serious the offence.

Do you have any experience (if yes, describe):
I have been a part of this server for a long time now. I enjoy playing, taking part in events and socialising with other players. I have previous experience of moderating other servers.

Which language channels can you moderate?:
Russian,Global and Polish

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): I spend a lot of time playing on the NFS:SA server already, so I thought I’d try to help the team out by applying to moderate. There's not enough moderators to take care of the server at all times, there are still people spamming and insulting others like it's the end of the world and not being able to do anything about it really frustrates me. I usually spend a lot of the time on the server, and have rather good opinion among other players.I also want to provide security when it's late at night, when there is no administrator is around most of the time, since I've noticed alot of players can flame and misuse the Global Chat. I recevived a race ban 2months ago. It would also be nice to just help keeping the server in it's best form, with a proper moderators team keeping an eye on the server at all times.

My opinion from your first application as a polish moderator Wrote:Well, I did see you ingame a few times, but I can't remember any activities from you.
Only by rating your application, I would say that you seem to be a nice guy that speaks well understandable english.

I hope you wouldn't be afraid to give also harder punishments when they are needed. The polish chat is the most active one and needs a lot moderation and attention.
Good luck

As already mentioned, you're a good guy and I never saw any misbehaving or immature things from you.I like the fact, that your english skills are pretty good and you're pretty mature for your age.
But it seems a bit like you really want to get moderator, just to be in the team. I would like to see some russian sentences from you and also a rating from yourself, how good you speak and understand it. And also the russian chat needs good moderation, because swearing is a everyday-thing in russia, just like in the language chat. Also I would recommend to stay in the russian language chat, since it's pretty active along with the polish chat. If there are no other staff-member online that speak polish, you should switch between polish and russian.
Good luck again

I think this is nonsense. Take a person, which does not know the russian language perfectly. He can not control russian chat, because he will not understand what they say.. you better pay attention to russian applicants. Due to fact that he is young enough, he will not be able to confront most russian players verbally, and mute will only aggravate it ..

That's right. Well, I didn't see him in Russian chat at all. I saw him in global and local chat. But, again, I didn't see any russian from this guy.
Good luck! Wink
