Don't use the graphics debug mode, it will force no shaders. Means if you could see the paintjobs / liverys, they would disappear with the debug mode.

Check GPU drivers, try to clear resource catalogue and redownload server files

I already deleted all files in resource folder and it doesn't change anything.
GPU drivers: (I don't use specific settings for games changed by program called GeForce Expierence)


edit: Finally, when I reintalled MTA it works. :v

Maybe try unistal mta, remove mta folder and instal mta in new folder or in 2nd disc
