My mini suggestion

So, we have now drift hadling in freerun. Can it now add after each map drift to the freerun in every city?
Eg in LV it is at the airport, in the sf, docks, ls, beach near the lighthouse.

Well, it's not a bad idea, but not really necessary. In current San Andreas there is so many spots to drift so adding additional tracks is quite meanless and can cause problems with FPS. And URL Speedway will be added so it can be alternative to your drift tracks idea. Try to make one of these tracks and present it here.

Ok, this can be a teleport which teleports to the drift route, and we can have them drivable there with other players (then the ghostmode is on)

Nope, those maps are not connected with freerun and won't be.

Only some map can connected with freerun (As bartekPL said), like the map city lights.
