yes it is, it's innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent.

Indeed. Also, there are "namechange logs". Moderators can easily look those up if they want, and they surely wont find any "nightmare" in my logs.

Since you got me in a good mood, you can prove us wrong by asking a Mod to screenshot your list of old nicknames, if 'nightmare' doesn't show up, you are free of charge.
