Hello! My proposition is add to server capabilities mounted hydraulic to car like in U2. Edit hydraulic like 3 levels power etc. 
Levels:
Low - Low jumps
Medium - medium jumps
high - high jumps. 
You can add a special class of lowrider cars and give there special tunings that cost more than normal..

Hello! At the beginning i would like tell my english is not very well...
My question is: Why buggy isn't off-road? Buggy is car create to drive on off-road but on this server is not. Why? 
For example.. Walton its not SUV and this car can drive Off-road race. Car which it wasn't create to off-road.. who invented it.. 
My proposition is add buggy to SUV (unique) and add this car to Off-road races
