Hey! I have this file which removes all the smoke effects from the game, therefore making it less laggy.

Screens - Here's a screenshot comparison (The file just removes the exhaust smoke, some effects and the tires smoke entirely. It doesn't affect the fire/nitros/sparks effects.)

File - You can download the file here.

How to install:
1. Close your game (if its running)
2. Go to "Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\models" folder and just drop the file there.
3. Start the game and enjoy the improved performance.
