It's simple - right now we are only available to put already existing packages which are upgrading car in some point. The thing is, everybody's gonna have te same stuff under hood which ain't good I guess. It may get boring, trust me.
NFS is much about tuning (not about ricing, guys). Why not to just call basic menu after selecting package, which allows us to choose specified parameter for the new part - just like NFS Carbon.
Set your tires to drift/middle/grip, or nitrous to duration/middle/power. Or maybe something more, nfssa team?
Imagine, building own car - for own races - for own success. Dragster, Driftster, or just race car.
