In my opinion score limit is an awful idea - quick race if thats what you want. I enjoy racing my shitty cars against higher score cars, and that would make it impossible.
If thats what you want, do quick race.

Helo, but Quick race = random race. Some people want to drive on their own races with slow cars.
Sure. But in my opinion, implementing a change like that would have more of a negative effect than people expect, killing races a bit. Like the toptimes change did.

And yeah, score limits it's bad idea.
I'm against the Score-Limit idea too. Sometimes players change their mind and just drive with better players - I mean, otherwise they would wait damn long at some days.
So my suggestion: Car selection in Custom-Race room selection + a anti-rejoin counter. Which should stop the player from rejoining after he got kicked out of a room. That "Room-Ban" should last like 10 seconds. So the race can start or wait for other players, until he rejoins again.
