0:30 there is nothing blocking that left side
0:44 remove the red barriers from the left and replace with arrows from the wall
1:47 make the arrows go from the house,bcoz many people will wanna go through that fence wanting to save time,and they will hit the arrow
3:00 remove that bus so that people can get a better entry into the last corner,will be better for reverse too

Other than these things,i love this route,its one of the better that i have seen in ls.Should be added.good job

Lemme write them down so you can take a look on them 
0.00 to 0.23 you can use a industrial theme since its a close site by

0.49 you dont need to stress over this too much but I would do the arrow wall like ''pole to pole'' like start the arrow wall from that advertisement pole and another basic pole to other side of the road and finish the road there so it will not look ugly and it will look like its closing the road there

0.52 if the between the poles is a shortcut let it stay like this and fill that empty space to turn with shopping theme 

1.33 gray barriers should work fine for here you dont need to put strees in this

1.34 to 1.54 that right side oh boy that right side you dont need to decorate nothing here just put arrow walls to roads so people dont confuse the road

2.34 If you are planning to use that shortcut at final version I would suggest to position ramp better since rn it will make every car jump to outer space

in conclusion you dont need to put arrow walls to everywhere decoration is appricated but not necessary if you cant find an idea to that empty space just leave it as blank

not bad for a first map but way overdecorated..also im guessing there is no reverse route?

0:00 the start might be confusing for starter players as its not fully blocked
0:05 fix those arrows
0:14 remove that car or place it in the left lane,people dont like cars messing up their racing lines,i made the same mistakes
0:16 i would place arrows on both sides but its your choice really
0:33 on the left place arrows
0:36 those plant pots are unnecessary

as i said pretty good for a first,but you dont have to overdecorate everything,this is my opinion and i personaly dont decorate maps that much so wait for someone more experienced to comment on this.
when (if) fixed,i would like to see it on the server
