Although he exploited indeed and he admires it, I can agree that you can't punish low pc owners that badly when 60 fps owners dominate races with turns. While everyone can set 40 fps, not everyone can access 60 fps. I think that the best decision is to delete these toptimes and reduce the punishment for at least twice.

I said that earlier they DID gave compensation and not punishing that badly. Thats why he is banned for one year, not permanently.

Come on, even the Rai got a 1 year ban, not permanent. Even the Blank didn't get one permanent. So it's not an arguement. Nobody besides mechanic got it afaik. And still, I made the least damage to the server than others. Rules are rules. They tell for what you can be punished. But nobody ever told us that exploiting in any case always = the whole year.
