Can i somehow get the money from the crewbank back

I had like between 16-17 K and than i just made a new driver because i got bored after a long time i wanted to play on my acc again than see that i have 0$ and then i saw that it is in the crew bank from my other driver ask my friend about that and he sad that he put it in the crewbank because i didint play with the driver anymore ... can you guys do someyhing pls can i somehow get the money back
