What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: 1st Kick, when he don't stop ban for ex. 2h - 2days (I think there's penalty table)

Which language channels can you moderate?: English, Polish
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words): Damn you! I've been in NFS:SA Team, so you know me. I can spend my time on moderate channels.
Now I playing in Euro Truck Radio, but there's no problem to do this 2 things together. As I say, you know me. I want to help your team again, so give me a chance to help and Apologize for this sh.... what I do before...
