Crew members inactivity

Hello, as in the title i'd like to suggest a little system, that will set members inactive after some days e.g. 14. Inactive members would still be in crews, but system wouldn't count them as regular members. 3/4 of the crews in ranking are inactive so this little thing would quickly clean the ranking and people wouldn't have to put so much effort to scroll through huge ranking to find crew they are looking for, also it would be easier for other crews to get higher in ranking!
