Balance multiplayer race rewards (hotfix included)

I suggested a system where you won't even need to think about these calculations. Just get rid of the RP and unlock the cars with simple racing. Money are much easier to get because there are plenty of ways that don't even require from you to grind like a madman. You get $2550 from just collecting the freeroam cash everyday. Magazine runs give you $800. DH jackpot alone can give you $10K. While for RP the only solo grind thing you can do is just cops. Which is not even possible with certain cars due how shitty their controls are. That's what I was trying to say, the RP is the main culprit here. If you're having a problem with getting money in this game then you're either not interested in it or just don't know the ways. I had a driver with 440K of RP and now I have my second one with 615K. I never had a problem with money at all, I had $250K on my first one and have $315K on the second, with 85% of the cars being bought and already maxed. I created my second driver just a couple of months ago, when the server was already half-empty. This is why I said it's still perfectly possible to play on even with the current system.
