My point is, that players should not be encouraged to not-race so that they make a living. Even if what youre saying is true, its totally absurd. Lets first sort the races, which should be the core of the game, and put big RP and cash there. Only after that start looking at other activities which should be just a bonus, not the main source of income.
We need players in races, not solo collecting cash, doing magazines and whatnot. Just look at how few races are made and get full except for the prime time, its disastrous and I believe the main problem is that rewards are never guaranteed and that there is always the one guy who gets absolutely nothing for their time spent contributing to the community.
If you have some other improvements to the game, go ahead and make your own topic, maybe your suggestion will be accepted. But what Im trying here is fixing races and races only as I find them very important, unfair and off-putting. Actually its one of the things that make me want to quit. And even if cash was raining on the streets all day long, races would still be broken, because the rewards are messed up and no matter how good someone is, someone always has to lose and get nothing, which is unacceptable for me in an MMO-ish game.
Long story short, your suggestion doesnt fix the race unfairness at all and doesnt relate to what this topic is trying to do, which is making races fair, fun and viable for everyone.
