Balance multiplayer race rewards (hotfix included)

That's what I was trying to explain to you as well. Why do you even need RP in first place? With the idea of mine I'm trying to make the races more popular. Right now races don't even give you the best reward, people go straight for the pursuits. But if you will reduce the amount of RP you can possibly get from pursuits, this activity will become useless. So, do you want to force everyone to do just races? The way I see it, get rid of the RP and the problem will be solved by itself, as it's growing really slow if you're constantly losing, and it's what locks people out of buying new cars. The limits on a half-empty server.

With my idea, the only reward that will matter is the money. But even if you'll be doing shitty, you'll still have options to get money from the other activities like freeroam that will help you to buy the cars you want. I don't see anything bad in such activities, it's not what making all those people not-to-race. Plus, without them the freeroam mode will become completely empty. In general, how does this sounds more absurd than giving a 100% reward to one person and giving a 75% to everyone else, regarless of the place they took?

You either race for the greater prize or you race for fun.

Fun is what matters to me the most in such games. If you want to grind in racing games, then you should probably go for top times, week times or at least class times. That would at least be logical.

So far, you suggested to increase the RP/Money amount for the people who couldn't get the 1/2/3 places, make car selection we already have smaller and reduce the income from the freeroam activities.

Why do you ask me? You should ask those who only does daily tasks and other stuff. When I was trying to max my first driver, the server was filled with people and everyone was racing. These days we barely get a 100 on the server. So, what do you expect apart from solo grinding?

Long things short: By getting rid of the RP, you will most likely get rid of the solo grinding. Make races more profitable and unlock new cars/classes by doing races (like 4K races to unlock A class), regardless of the position you will take in the end, and people will be doing races much more often.
