Balance multiplayer race rewards (hotfix included)

Today I realised how badly I had named the topic. "boost rewards for losers", now that I think of it, is very misleading as in fact its more like "boost rewards for everyone but keep current prices". With my suggestion, everyone will get better rewards, not only losers. Yet, that said, it is the losers that will benefit form this greatly as they will be able to grind "normally" even if they lose (in contrast to the current state where they grind "slowly"). As for the middle men, they will not grind "normally" anymore, but "fast" and the winners will no longer grind "fast", but will grind "faster" instead. Hope I made the idea clearer somehow

PS: Today some people and an admin were discussing the rewards, and the admin said "rewards might get altered slightly, but for now this is how it is". So Im hopeful. Fingers crossed. But of course me (and others who feel similar) wont race until that day comes and stuff is changed.

PSS: I have also edited the main post and offered a very simple hotfix without thinking about all this "time and effort it takes", "base reward" and such, as I figured out the base reward + multiplier kinda is in game already, just needs value changes.

Easy hot fix version:
1st = 125% rewards (its 100% now)
2nd = 100% rewards (its 75% now)
3rd = 75% rewards (its 50% now)
4th = 50% rewards (its 25% now)
