A tournament should be played like a competitive thing and nothing else. The way URL is being abused is lame and should be stopped, period.

No one is stopping you from playing the tournaments the way you want. Go find yourself a team and do things your way. You can't stop people from cooperating with each other, they're not breaking the rules. Everything which is not forbidden is allowed. Taking advantage of the gamemode system elements is not a bannable offense and existed for years. Same story with the QRs, customs and duels system "abuse". So you either fix ALL of this or don't bother trying, period.
