Bug?

In many days ago, i has upgrade the A-Type weight reduction to lvl pro, after upgrade, the loading screen it show "Please wait, we're testing your car performance" but i wait 10 hours it isn't done for the testing. Even i reconnect they must test my car performance then i again wait for long time (like 17 hours) but it still didn't done the test.
