The quiz idea interested me the most. But look, there are some tricky cunts and these guys will publish the answer of every question.
Decreasing number of race laps for newbies is useless. 'Cuz some of them don't know how to increase it XD
DON'T DELETE THE FREERUN MONY. I'm too lazy to earn money on races ;c
About other ideas:
1st - Agree.
2nd - nah.
3rd - Neutraly, but mostly usefull.
4th - ofc. But the most of NFS:SA Team members are busy on: Tuning Update, URL-Race and etc.
6th - Too complex system imo. Your friends|Other players can warn you when someone making noise in chat. (Once, ANOD warned me about PieLand's butthurt)
