Unwanted objects sometimes load into maps

Hi, this is something I noticed about a week ago, but only now do I have a screenshot to prove it.
Sometimes in some maps, an object that should not be there appears for the duration of the map, whereas sometimes it doesn't. It happens very rarely.

Example: 'Refurbishment'. There is sometimes a tree in the way of the tunnel entrance.


Here is how the map normally looks:



I have also noticed this happen with the circuit 'Gas Station', where a dumpster sometimes spawns near the finish line, however i am unable to provide a screenshot for that one.
