Tire smoke

Hello players and developers. I drifting in the game a lot actually. I get an idea to make it more fun maybe. In original NFS there is an awesome tire smoke, so intensive, its heaven for eyes . So i know there is better smoke effects modification on internet. Something like this is cool - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPe1h7bxk_8 Because original tire smoke is not much intensive and boring. And in shops, you can buy colored tire smoke (i dont know if its possible to do in MTA.) 
In desert some flying sand effects can be cool

More smoke = more effects = RIP FPS according to Venom and others because everyone is still running 2009 processors with 0.5 cores.

In settings you can turn on/off some graphics improvements, so smoke can be here too.

What you showed is CLEO mod which doesn't work in MTA.

Also my FX Quality is on Low and I still get same ammount of smoke on very high too.
