I don't know, I never messed with those, but logic would tell me it's a way to calibrate your joystick by deciding what your minimum and maximum travel values limits are, I guess.

That "Limit Zone" is the deadzone, I usually have that quite low, around 10 or so. Saturation I'm pretty sure is just the sensitivity, I have that quite high at around 90. 100 might work depending on what setup you got.
