1. There's already a +10% boost to RP and money coming from premium when it's activated. Making it +20% won't magically help the playerbase to grow. It would rather help players to build more cash with less effort. Building money on this server isn't even a hard thing to do, unless you're re-buying cars over and over, or switching visual parts multiple times a day. Just the freeroam activites alone can bring you about $4K (magazine, regular DH reward, freeroam cash) and I'm not even mentioning milestones and duels right now. QR rewards were boosted up to +70% last year, just ask people on Global to join.

This one i think you're right, and wrong at the same time, why? making it 20% will not increase the playerbase, but it will help people that really like the server and actually want to spend time and money on it enjoy it more because if you ask anyone if they enjoy racing for 25 minutes to get less than 1k in this game, they will say definetely no. (unless they have literally nothing else to do) so increasing it to 20 (which i think it's still way too low in my opinion it should be 50% more.) would make these situations better, it would make it more enjoyable and faster to get what you want and to do what you want, don't you think? I mean, I love this server but it would get so boring to get things that i would leave for ages like a year and the last one which was about 6 months because it was just so fucking boring to do anything that i didn't find a reason to even continue playing.

That's my opinion on the first one.

So my idea is, bring the co-op pursuits from need for speed world (the free nfs that everybody loved back in 2013)
with unique tracks through all the cities, with a max of 4 players per game and well, maybe have power ups.

e.g: if you run into a spike trap you can use the "tire angel" (i don't remember the name of the original one) and regain your tires immediately.

and each event should have from 3 to 7 minutes (something fast and not boring) with various difficulties and only some cars e.g: class C only with heat 3 police etc.
and if you didn't reach the finish line in time you get no money or rp.

I think that would be a very very cool addition, I used to play those modes in nfsw all the time and i would absolutely love to see it in nfs:sa.
