I have an idea for car score limit settings in Custom races. How about instead of typing in random numbers we have only choose from the selection of URL classes (250, 300, 350, 400, 450 & Unlimited).
New players would understand through gameplay that there is a meta and that its not always best to max a car. More players would have somewhat URL ready cars since they will be forced in the meta. They would stop asking what is the best B class car, and start asking for the best 350 car. I feel that we should make some new and improved guides since this is a lot of information for new players. Maybe post some 250 builds and let them figure out the rest.
This could open up a new street racing meta because there are bumps and curbs now and you need good suspension. Cars that aren't URL viable might be kings in Street class. That car you never drive might be the best in 300 short technical tracks. Opens up a lot of fresh challenges for many talented dyno makers we have here.
This would also prevent dumb limit scores that newbs set, like 274. Everyone hates this.
I have thought about this a lot and i can't see any negative sides.

This is a work in progress. This information is from players posting themselves. You would be very helpful to add missing dynos and information. This was made for when new players ask in game for dynos we could just write look at the forums. (please help me how to add spoilers)

Hi guys I have a few suggestions for this server. Nothing here changes the game just adds more content.
More Tasks
There should be more Tasks in game than just 3 levels. TPs are really useful and even veteran players can benefit since this add more content. Players could race to complete tasks like players raced to unlock achievements on classic server. This wouldn't devalue TPs as the Tasks would be more and more difficult. Level 3 for Circuit wins is 90 so Level 4 could be 180, Level 5 360 and so on.
Car class races
I'm not asking to replace Car Score ranking system just to add an option in Custom Race maker to make class specific races. Just add a simple checklist to select which classes to allow or ban. This would benefit new players who don't understand the Car Score system and just max out their car. Leave URL classes as they are.
New URL lobby
Make it possible to select cars in URL lobby screen like in Custom Race browser. For example you come in your 300 Sultan but the 300 lobby is empty, you could just switch to your 350 SGT and join that 5 player 350 lobby.
Tournament mode
We select 2-5 tracks and get points just like on URL. Rewards would be calculated the same as normal races. For example, in a 2 track tournament if i finish 1st on a 6 lap Santos Ride and 3rd on Three Cities Sprint, i would get rewards like i got 1st and 3rd in two normal 4/4 races. Maybe some bonus on final tournament placing and/or number of races. This would make it easier to organize crew wars.
Lap Knockout
It's Lap Knockout i don't have to explain it. 3 laps, last one on each laps gets knocked out. This would need to be a 4/4 race or you cant start. Rewards should be the same as a normal 3 lap Circuit.

Let's face it, the car score ranking system simply doesn't work. i can easily beat 340 cars in my 297 Manana, but still a 300 Super GT will lap me in URL. I propose we get rid of this ranking system and just sort cars by their class.
This will make URL's more exciting by giving more usable cars, instead of the current "pick SGT and win" meta. Imagine a Muscle class URL. Have you ever seen a Club in URL? Now you will. I would personally main the SUV class.
We will no longer have to make complicated builds on cars to be just under that random car score mark. How is a player supposed to figure out that keeping drivetrain on stock was the best option, for example? New players would understand to simply max out their car, but still leave skill in tuning for experienced players because of the dyno. Why do you think nobody plays URL? Because new players don't understand that you need some complicated build to compete, but everyone can understand to just buy all pro parts. If .exe didn't give me his Manana 297 LSAP build and dyno i would never win a URL. It's not fun to lose because you dont know what to do.
Developers could balance the cars easier. The Manana for example will dominate the E class in the beginning, but developers can nerf/buff by just looking at the E class and not the whole car list. It's very difficult to nerf 300 SGT but still have good 400 SGT. It's easier to nerf SGT if you just look at how it is against maxed B class cars.
I know this will upset the veterans who have perfect builds and just compete with their friends, but you have to look at the new players so we can grow this server. And this will give new life to a game you have been playing for so long.
